All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather, carrier delays).

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted UK carriers to deliver your orders. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, where available.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. UK Delivery

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Delivery to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, islands) may take longer than the standard estimate.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United Kingdom.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
